| SOLDSCARCE AMERICAN ISSUE AN/PVS4 GEN4 NIGHT SIGHT these sites were the American answer to the British I.W.S. night sites, far superior lighter and better all round with changeable illuminated Reticule for use on different types of weapon platforms. This example is in perfect working order and has been converted to take standard AA batteries, comes complete with original hard carry case, soft carry case, spare batteries and X2 spare reticules (not pictured) we have converted the scope mount to take a weaver mount that can removed to reveal the standard M16A1/2 location mount , mounted on the a purpose built SLR L1A1 mount top cover, ideal for straight pull users or just for display, a rare night sight that’s not often seen fitted to the L1A1. | BRITISH ISSUE SAWES SIGHT FOR 7.62MM L1A1 RIFLE this is an unusual piece of kit and were more often seen fitted the L85A1 SA80 rifles. The SAWS Laser sights were used for training purposes simulating live shooting/targeting with blank ammo, the enemy would be wearing a laser harness yoke webbing with laser detectors that would sound off if they scored a direct shot/hit from the sawes laser fitted to the ‘good guys’ rifle, they were the British answer to the American MILES system, this piece comes complete with its trigger system that clamps around the trigger guard and works fine, once a 9V household battery is fitted, lenses clean and clear that incorporates the SUIT system and the rarer sight bracket that as you can see be fitted to the standard Trilux sight mount. These sights are fitted to most modern rifles and British .50Cal’s, GpmG’s, and Minimi’s, nice piece, air soft but very good quality with a heavy weight and feel with good clear optics. Priced £175 |
