|OLD SPEC DEACTIVATED VERY SCARCE AND RARE 7.62MM FINNISH M91 WITH STEPPED BARREL in stunning condition throughout with blued metalwork finish and clean wooden stocks showing very minor signs of use. This example is the M91, not manufactured by the Finn’s but re-barreled as most of their weapons were captured Russian ones, the step in the barrel/re-work was done by Tikka works to accommodate the bayonet and also indicates its low year in manufacturing, dated 1927 and SA marked with 4 digit serial numbers (matching) with ‘B’ stamped barrel, even rarer as most were ‘C’ marked and very common this indicated the bore sizes, early pattern rear sight, correct bolt and cleaning rod and comes complete with its scarce bayonet and scabbard, think the leather frog could be off another scabbard not a 100% sure. |VERY RARE NEW SPEC DEACTIVATED BRITISH ISSUE 5.56MM HK33 in good used condition showing some signs of use to metalwork as with the plastic stocks. Manufactured by Enfield these pieces were issued to front line helicopter pilots over Northern Ireland and other parts of the world due to their size and caliber. This example comes complete with 3-9X42EG illuminating scope with attached red laser dot both in working order, collapsible stock, quick release bipod, moving fore selector and cocking handle, spare magazines available at extra cost. This example is dated 1942 with a Y prefix serial number with matches throughout the rifle, the receiver and forward stock have been cut as it should be, receiver is marked in large letters ‘Drill Rifle L59A1’ and correct copper bolt is still retained. This example was manufactured by Longbranch and is dated 1944 and comes complete with full matching numbers, correct 1942 dated Canadian marked sling and No4 MK2 bayonet and scabbard. Unusual this example has been converted to 7.62mm showing ‘CR65 GA’ L8A5 to receiver with drilled holes to top of breech for mounting a scope, brass but plate is of the solid type.
