|SCARCE NEW SPEC DEACTIVATED .303 ORIGINAL L59A1 DP No4 RIFLE in stunning condition throughout, showing black painted metalwork finish with nice polished furniture, with original ‘DP’ marks to stocks. This example is dated 1942 with a Y prefix serial number with matches throughout the rifle, the receiver and forward stock have been cut as it should be, receiver is marked in large letters ‘Drill Rifle L59A1’ and correct copper bolt is still retained. You will find it very hard to find an example like this, in this condition as most were used to make other rifles up. With full working actions and can stripped, deactivated by Ryton Arms in 2001. |NEW SPEC DEACTIVATED 7.92MM MAUSER K98 RIFLE in really nice condition with clean crisp wooden furniture and blued metalwork finish. With correct WaA code to butt and WaA marks throughout the rifle this example is dated 1943 with ‘AR’ code to breech, comes complete with cleaning rod, sight hood and a good quality repro sling. |NEW SPEC DEACTIVATED .303/7.62MM L8A5 No4 MKI* 1944 LONGBRANCH SERVICE RIFLE in good clean condition showing signs of service use, with very minor wear to wooden furniture. This example was manufactured by Long branch and dated 1944, then later after the war the rifle was converted to 7.62MM Nato and trialed before the release of the L1A1 SLR rifles, designated CR65 GA’ L8A5 and marked to receiver there were only 20000 ever converted most of them scrapped after trials, so not many around. This example sports a weaver mount rail with a modern day scope and reproduction cheek rest, with full matching numbers and canvas sling and solid brass butt plate. |NEW SPEC DEACTIVATED .303 No4 MKI F RIFLE in good used condition with signs of use to metalwork, showing some signs of paint in places, wooden furniture is in good order again with some signs of use. Dated 1943 and showing a BC prefix serial number and no makers mark, certainly British manufacture, comes complete with original period canvas sling and 10 shot magazine, all so showing the letters ‘DP’ and what appears to be a rack number 2915 to back of butt. |SCARCE OLD SPEC DEACTIVATED 7.92MM KURTZ MP44 RIFLE dated 1944 showing WaA623 manufactures code, indicating Steyr, only 80,000 were ever made by Steyr during the war, this example has lots of WaA marks and the Nazi Eagle proof mark to receiver with none matching numbers. In good used condition showing original metalwork finish with some signs of use, slight minor surface pitting in places, the original wooden furniture is showing no cracks or splits just natural wear. The magazine is original showing MP43 with FXO code to side, leather sling is date 1943 with WaA mark, but not sure?? |OLD SPEC DEACTIVATED 1910 DATED .303 MKIII* SMLE SERVICE RIFLE in stunning condition throughout, manufactured by Enfield and dated 1910 this example has some good history, showing ‘S’ with broad arrow, meaning sold out of service with the letters D D to breach meaning (Department Of Defense) service use in Australia, both the barrel and rear sight have been changed as they show ‘MA’ stamps to parts which would make this example correct. Comes complete with full matching numbers, nose cap, bolt, receiver and butt, correct 1907 pattern bayonet, scabbard, canvas frog, x5 inert rounds, pull through and brass oil bottle. Shows some signs of deactivation work where they have put the pin through the receiver, but you can still make out the serial number, not as bad as it sounds.
